Our BCAA supplement is a combination of 3 basic essential amino acids, leucine, isoleucine, and valine. The body needs these essential amino acids but cannot make them on its own. Branch chain amino acids are usually derived from food and make up a large portion of the bodies’ total amino acid pool. BCAAs have been proven to aid in building muscle, decrease muscle fatigue and alleviate muscle soreness. They have also been shown to aid in regulating blood sugar levels by stimulating the secretion of both insulin and glucagon. When taken orally, both glucogen-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucose dependant insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) lends to greater and more prolonged glucagon secretion. Maintaining balanced blood glucose levels allows for decreased protein breakdown and increases protein synthesis. The most ideal times to add 5 to 10g of BCAAs to your training regime are intra-workout, pre-workout, or post-workout to help fuel your body and repair fatigued muscles! Role of Ingredients
Our body does not produce BCAA naturally, so we all need proper BCCA supplementation for maximum protein biosynthesis and energy production. - You may return any product for a full refund with a receipt. Please send the returned item in its original packaging and components.
- Please include a copy of the packing invoice that accompanied the item when you received it. Please circle the item you are returning on the packing invoice and select an appropriate reason code for the return.
- Do not return the product to us via air shipment. Aerosol products in pressurized containers and products containing certain chemicals are restricted to ground shipping service.
- We will confirm our receipt of the return via email once we have processed the return.
- Within 30 days of our receipt of your returned item that is accompanied by a copy of the packing invoice, we will process a credit to the credit card, debit card or gift card that was used to purchase the item. In the case of returned gifts, you will need to note on the packing invoice copy that you need to be issued a new gift card or a check refund for the amount of the return. Please provide your address to ensure that you can receive your gift card or check. Note that shipping charges are your responsibility and will not be refunded when the return is processed unless the item was shipped to you in error, in which case we will refund those charges as well.
