- You may return any product for a full refund with a receipt. Please send the returned item in its original packaging and components.
- Please include a copy of the packing invoice that accompanied the item when you received it. Please circle the item you are returning on the packing invoice and select an appropriate reason code for the return.
- Do not return the product to us via air shipment. Aerosol products in pressurized containers and products containing certain chemicals are restricted to ground shipping service.
- We will confirm our receipt of the return via email once we have processed the return.
- Within 30 days of our receipt of your returned item that is accompanied by a copy of the packing invoice, we will process a credit to the credit card, debit card or gift card that was used to purchase the item. In the case of returned gifts, you will need to note on the packing invoice copy that you need to be issued a new gift card or a check refund for the amount of the return. Please provide your address to ensure that you can receive your gift card or check.
